Banowsky, P.C. is Hiring a Client Service Representative Near Mckinney, TX

We are looking for someone who sees this opportunity as a long-term career and sees themselves growing with the company as the training provided will be invaluable. 

You will be working with existing clients to maximise sales through inbound/outbound calls, and call planning. Full in-depth training is provided, as well as day-to-day on-the-job training with the Sales Office Manager. 

You will need to listen actively, understand, and support clients with any queries, from receipt right through to resolution. In role you’ll be supported by our training team and mentors, to ensure you have all of the knowledge and skills required.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and making outbound sales calls and answering inbound calls as a matter of priority.
  • Taking responsibility for order capture and ensuring it is carried out accurately.
  • Maximising the sales potential of every call (in terms of order value and number of products)
  • Promoting the offers that the company has prioritised (whether existing, new, by features and benefits or on offer)
  • Working closely with management as part of a unified team to maximise the relationship potential of every customer.
  • Taking responsibility for managing specific schedules (where applicable). This is in terms of cover, as well as detail, keeping it current and relevant.
  • Having excellent product knowledge, being responsible for gaps in knowledge, and asking for training.
  • Responding to the direction and management of Office Manager and Directors.
  • Using and Updating the Call Management system.
  • Serving customers who come into Head Office, dealing face to face with their needs, producing paperwork and taking payment.
  • Accurately balancing paperwork and cash from Sales Generation.

Education 

- High School diploma or equivalent.
